Xmas Paddle Saturday 23rd Dec
I have been holding off posting until the weather started to firm up. As expected it is not a good forecast for next Saturday. Strong winds with gusts well into the 30+ not ideal for a social get together paddle.
I will hold off making a decision until later in the week, hopefully things will improve. It was a similar forecast for last year’s Xmas paddle and we managed a sheltered paddle up the Plym. If the winds drop this may be possible again with the tide.
There is no point trying to organise a communal buffet this year. If we do manage to paddle it will be the usual lunch arrangements.
I will post details once the weather firms up later in the week 👍
