    CHANGE OF PLAN TO ADVERTISED TRIP
    SUNDAY 31st OCTOBER 2021
    I have scouted the Lower Lower at 13:00hrs and the River wasn’t suitable for a Beginners Trip neither will it be Sunday with the predicted overnight rain therefore the Beginners Trip will be changed to an intermediate trip.
    This will allow us to run the Walkham a hidden gem. If your comfortable on the Loop this is a wonderful opportunity for you.
    So the plan is to meet at Woolwell, just off the roundabout leading into Tescos, towards Lidl in Towerfield Drive PL6 7FG. Aiming to leave at 0800.

    Well 14 Paddlers went out and 14 Paddlers eventually came back on our PEER Paddle as levels were high and speed of water fast. Thank you to everyone that participated in a safe return to Magpie Bridge. Many lessons learnt today and a big thank you to everyone as at sometime throughout the day you all on played your part😞😀🤫
