New ’welfare facility’ ( posh portaloo ? ) being installed into the yard, possibly by w/e ( 12/12 ). This is to aid the Covid cleaning process. Still getting the details from MBC, but when it’s up and running it will be used instead of the toilet on the ground floor.
Further details to follow as soon as I know more.
