Skills at the Beach – Sunday 8th May Bigbury

The focus of this session is to learn to manage (& cope with) waves to be found in a beach location and avoid the mishaps that end in capsize! This will focus exclusively on low & high recovery (brace) skills – and rolling if appropriate. The forecast for surf is very small, but I will be introducing how to surf too..

Each session is limited to 6 participants and must be booked in advance on the Forum (here) or by text as each session is promoted. Note: Don’t expect to turn up unannounced.

Meet in small car park area near cafe at 10am changed and ready to paddle. Note that mobile reception is non-existent of some networks here, so bring CASH for the car parking – £4.30 for 3 hours should be enough unless you are wanting longer.
