Short paddle, Sat 3 October.

Hi All,

I’m down to run the short paddle this Saturday, 3 October.

Meet at Mount Batten ready to be on the water at 10:30. We’ll be back around 13:00.

There are varying forecasts out there, but all websites agree that there will be light winds. The plan at the moment is to paddle over to Cornwall. We will stop somewhere so bring a flask and a snack if you wish.

Are you thinking of coming along but not sure if this trip is for you? Here is some advice.

If you completed an introductory course over the summer, have subsequently joined the club and have completed a deep-water rescue, then this trip is very definitely for you.

If you are a longer serving member with time constraints, then this is also just the trip for you.

And as this is a short paddle, if you are short…… I’ll leave you to complete that bit.
