I’m in charge of the sea paddle on 5th Jan.
The weather is looking fairly settled.
I’m hoping for an away day, so just giving you the heads up. At the moment I’m thinkng of a paddle from Looe.

Feel free to comment on whether you intend to join me!

    Happy New Year

    I’ll be coming, Joy.

If anyone has space for my boat and me, I’d much appreciate it. My lovely Jane can drive me to a pick-up point — or, if none available, to Looe and back.

Looking forward to another Looe trip!

Weather is looking good for Saturday. A little chilly at 8 degrees, no rain and only max of 8mph winds.
The plan is to meet at Marine Drive, near Hannafore kiosk, Looe, at 10am. On the water at 10.30am (the postcode is near PL132DJ)

Bring safety gear, warm clothing, packed lunch, hot drink. A trolley may be useful too.

If you could let me know if you will be joining me that would be great.

Hi Joy, yes please I will be there at Hannafore kiosk 10.00am. i will go straight there from home with my own boat so please do not expect me at Mountbatten. Although I have booked a club boat I will not need it.

    See you tomorrow.

Hi Joy and sea paddlers have a great paddle. I am still recovering from a post Xmas cold so may do something more local and less strenuous this time.

Looking like it’s a small group of us paddling from Looe tomorrow.
Those that have told me they are coming are; Jane S, Stephen P, Karen and Adam, Alison, Bob G and Clive.
Remember to bring plenty of warm clothing, see you there at 10am.
