    I’ve been entrusted to lead the rec Paddle Saturday. Looks a lovely day 12 degrees , NW Breeze with little movement on the tide Neap 4.83 meters high at 10 :19hrs and 2.02 meters low at 16.39. Please dress appropriately as conditions may well be chilly. Probably take some cover and make our way to Cawsands with some help on our return. Food and drink as usual
