    First off go to Photo bucket http://www.photobucket.com create and account and upload your pictures.

    Once this is done depending on how your viewing the site either click on the links below or beside the image you want to upload.

    click to, or highlight the link (Circled in red, for either IMG to post a full size picture or IMG Thumb to place a smaller thumbnail of the picture). once highlighted right click with your mouse button and select copy.

    Go to the PPCA forum section and post a reply/topic and paste that text where you want your picture to be. When you press preview your selected picture should then appear in the posting.
