The MBC team believe that the snagging has come about due to the fact that when being lowered the door does not stop at a certain point and can therefore be lowered too far. Once this happens it nudges panels out of alignment and overtime this gets worse until it catches on the side like this weekend.
MBC are trying to get an external company to put a limiter on the door so that this cannot happen in future. In the meantime please could you make sure that the door is stopped either as soon as it touches the floor or just before.
