ModeratorWell what a difference in the outlook for this Sunday with the incoming weather forecast. After last Sundays bump and scrape on the Tamar we are now looking at maybe too much water this weekend. But let us wait and see what happens. For the time being I am planning on doing the lower Dart which is from Holne Weir to Buckfastleigh so if you would like to come along please leave a note on here indicating this. We will meet at the Plympton Car Park next to the Coop at 0850 hrs ready to move off at 0900 hrs. The reason for this is so that we may be able to shed a few cars as the parking at the Holne layby is quite restricted. For those of you who live nearer the Dart please meet us up at the Salmon Leap Cafe situated just off the A38 on the Buckfastleigh junction. Remember to park up at the far end of the car park there. I will update this at about 1800 hrs on Saturday hopefully as to the river level situation. Keep your fingers crossed. π π π

ModeratorWell as you may have gathered from the weather forecasts and the current levels I am very sorry but I am afraid the expected levels in the morning will be beyond the remit for a club paddle so in other words tomorrows trip has had to be cancelled. π₯ π₯ π₯ π₯ π₯ π₯ For anyone that is interested there might be a pier paddle on the loop which Clive is prepared to run but again that will depend on a levels check in the morning bearing in mind that the forecast is still giving heavy rain up until midday at the moment. Clive has said he will post something on here after 0815 hrs tomorrow morning π π π π π π
