I am running another session this Saturday (not Sunday as it will be too windy) at Bigbury.
The focus is to practise bracing & recovery skills to avoid capsize. I can extend this to cover sculling for support & rolling if required. This session will meet – changed at 10am. You will need all your kit. The forecast shows 1-2ft waves – ideal for some easy practise.
The sessions are limited to ONLY 5 participants and must be booked in advance on this Forum or by text message.
