This is intended for those club members who are currently training for their 2* award whether or not they intend to take it in September.
Myself, (Alan Ede) and Andy Kittle are trying to work our way towards our level 2 coaching award.
We need to complete 6 coaching sessions of about an hour each with about 3 paddlers each, (the same three paddlers).
L2 coaching involves coaching the paddler on a very individual basis and this is our chance to build up some case studies on individuals.
My own plan for this is very much based around dates where I am available due to the shifts I work therefore I am putting my dates here in order to get organised. I think Andy may be more flexible on dates.
Some times will be evenings, (about 2 hours, including club nights) and others I will be available for the whole day. On a whole day I would be looking at 3-4 hours coaching, suitably split up into manageable sessions.
We can promise you one to one coaching which will be individually tailored to your aspirations, strengths and developmental areas in all of the 2 star syllabus. Hopefully , come September, this will enable those of you who wish to, to breeze through your 2* assessment.

Tuesday 26th July (club night)
Wednesday 27th July (afternoon/evening)
Sunday 31st July (all day)
Wednesday 3rd August (afternoon/evening)
