    The focus is to learn to manage (& cope with) waves to be found in a beach location, in priority, low & high recovery skills to avoid capsize. This session will meet at Bigbury – changed at 10am, near the cafe. You will need all your kit. The forecast is nice & sunny, but little or no surf ๐Ÿ™

    The sessions are limited to ONLY 5 participants and must be booked in advance on the Forum as each session is announced.
