I’m in charge of the sea paddle this coming Saturday.

The paddle will be going from MB and 10am on the water as usual. Please bring your packed lunch and a drink and any safety gear you may have.

At the moment its looking dry and about 14 degrees with Easterly (ESE) winds up to F4. But all could change yet!

Looking forward to seeing you on the water………….

And if you could let me know if you intend joining me that would be nice.

    HI Joy,

I’d very much like to come – is there a club sea kayak I can borrow do you know?

    Thanks,

Kelly coming, that must be the first of the season.

Thank you to those that have posted on the forum to say you are joining me and to those that have rung me up to let me know.

Using club sea kayaks, you should be contacting Pete Anderson to book these. From looking at the forum and from phone calls, as far as I know there are only two club kayaks needed.

Wind still seems to be SE or ESE, so we will probably head towards Wembury. Surf is only about 1ft, sea state slight, that may please a few people.

    See you soon.

What a lovely day yesterday. 17 of us paddled from MB to the Mew stone and then on to Wembury for lunch. It was certainly an easy paddle back to MB with the wind behind us.
Thank you Mary for your lovely flap jacks too.

By my trusty piece of string we paddled 19.5 Km or 12 miles.
