I’m in charge of the Sea paddle on Sat 6th October. I intend to paddle away from Mount Batten, not sure where yet, but possibly Looe.

I have been looking at the forecast daily since posting about a sea trip this coming Saturday. The BBC forecast has been deteriorating steadily. Possible gales and wet.

So with regret, I have decided that we will paddle from Mount Batten. At least we will have a nice warm shower to come back too. (Unless I’m the only female, that is; as you need 3 showers running to get a hot shower!)

So dress up for rain and wind and if there are more people than just Clive and I turning up; we will paddle somewhere.

I am aware that there are a few Sea kayakers off doing other things this weekend. I hope you enjoy your weather!!

A trip from MB in gales and wet could be exciting too. See you there!

I too am eager to partake of the rain and north wind. Would like to try out a club seakayak if that’s ok.

Mike you should book any club boat via Pete Anderson to avoid disappointment.

Mad Jane is also up for a paddle too. Which means I won’t need to run around turning on showers too much for hot water now.

    Hi Joy

Wet and Windy sounds like me.
I’ll be there all being well.
