Sea Kayak Paddle Saturday 5th Nov

The club sea kayak trip will be from Mount Batten. On the water ready to paddle for 10:00.

The weather is still firming up but early indications are for a relatively calm sea but with a cold wind. Please dress for the cold weather and bring along all your own safety kit if you have any. Tow lines, VHF radio, first aid, spare clothing etc.

If you wish to use a club sea kayak please book with the Equipment Officer. Contact details on forum page sticky.

Please post or let me know if you are intending coming along to give me an idea on numbers. It should be ideal sea kayaking conditions so if you have not been out for a while or fancy giving it a go and have the required experience in sea kayaks come along.

    Any questions please ask.

Yes please Terry, would love to join you on a calm sea paddle on Saturday.
You might notice though that I am not quite so agile and gazelle like leaping in and out of my boat – temporary measures only I hope ๐Ÿ™„

Great sea kayak trip from MB out around the Breakwater over to Pier Cellars then onto Cawsand for lunch. Return via Picklecombe, Drakes Island and the Hoe. Lovely November sunshine but a stiff north wind at times.

16 paddlers out with 3 new faces joining in the fun.
