Sea Kayak paddle Saturday 2nd April
The sea paddle will be from Mount Batten usual time on the water at 10:00. Please dress for cold conditions and don’t forget lunch and a hot drink.
The weather forecast is looking ok. A chilly breeze from the north and a nice big spring tide should produce some moving water in places. Possible chance of a rain shower after lunch.
Bring along any safety equipment you have, first aid, spare clothing, VHF radio, tow lines etc. Also a helmet if we manage to do any rock hopping along the way.
If anyone requires a club sea kayak book via the Equipment Officer Pete Anderson.
Please post if you are thinking of coming along so I can get an idea of numbers.
The paddle will probably be between 10 to 14 miles.
