The Rec paddle will be from Mount Batten on the water for 10:00. Its looking like being an ok weather window. All welcome.

Please post if you are intending coming along to give me an idea on numbers.

Hello.
If it is ok, then I would like to join you. Is this a sea kayak or small boat session as I might try to bring my sea kayak if it is the former? Not sure if I am feeling brave enough, but if I don’t try then I will never find out! Hope to see you all in the morning.

A great rec paddle out across the Sound to Picklecombe then over to Pier Cellars and lunch at Sandquay beach east of Kingsand. Then the mist came back and an atmospheric paddle back the same route. A nice bit of out going tide at the Bridge then buoy hopping back to MB.

I would say it was around an 8 mile paddle, its Saturday evening and I cant be bothered to get my piece of string out to be accurate.

Well done to Beth, June & John, their first paddle out that way. Also to all the regulars for a lovely day out on the water.
