    Saturday Rec Paddle 22nd November

There has been some improvement in the weather forecast for tomorrow. The band of heavy rain is passing through mid morning and the wind is gradually dropping during the day.

The sea conditions out in the Sound are likely to be a bit lively at times with a bit of swell running. We will find somewhere sheltered to paddle and explore the local area.

Ready to paddle and on the water just after 10:00. Please bring along any safety equipment you have first aid, vhf, tow line etc.

The air temperature is a bit warmer than the past few days but it is winter paddling now so dress for the conditions.

Club kayaks can be booked via the equipment officer if you wish to use a particular kayak. This is a general rec paddle so all kayaks welcome.

If you are thinking of coming along please reply to this post.
