Saturday Rec Paddle 19th May
With the weather set to be rather nice for the weekend and a nice calm sea with little surf the rec paddle will be from MB as usual. Ready to paddle for 10:00.
Please bring all of your regular paddling kit and any safety kit which you may own, first aid, tow lines, spare clothing etc. It is the time of year when new paddlers are venturing out on the club rec paddles for the first time. All club members are most welcome.
The rec paddles generally venture out anywhere in Plymouth Sound and beyond to either the west or east coastline. They usually last for about 4 or 5 hours with a lunch stop.
If you are thinking of coming along please post to give me an idea of numbers.Terry 😀
ps: Clive is also running an intermediate Sea kayak trip on the same day but at a venue away from MB
I’m planning on doing the Mount Batten Rec paddle please.
