Saturday Rec Paddle 16th JUly
The rec paddle will be going from MB this coming Saturday. Usual time on the water ready to paddle for 10:00.
It is going to be busy around Mount Batten with it being the location of the dry pits for the Thundercats racing over the weekend, plus all the other usual other water users.
Its going to be sunny and warm with a calm sea. There is a strong easterly breeze forecast so we will head out along the eastern coastline and try and stay out of the breeze.
Please bring along any safety kit you have, towlines, first aid, survival bag, vhf radio etc. Don’t forget a packed lunch and plenty of fluids for the warm day. Also a hat and sunscreen.
Please post if you are thinking of coming along so I have a rough idea on numbers.Terry
