Saturday 7th September sea kayak paddle
The first Saturday of the month is a dedicated sea kayak paddle. The weather is looking ok, a bit of a breeze from the NE and the chance of a light shower. We will be on the water the usual time of 10:00.
Please bring along any safety kit you have, vhf radio, towline, first aid etc.If required club sea kayaks can be booked via Pete Anderson our equipment officer.
All club members welcome. You will need to be comfortable paddling between 10 to 12 miles in a mix of sea conditions.The area around Mount Batten will be busy on Saturday with both Powerboat and dinghy racing taking place. There will be an exclusion zone in force in part of the Sound for much of the day but we can safely transit around into Jennycliff bay and beyond.

There will also be a short club paddle taking place at 10:30.
