I am pleased to be starting the new year with the first monthly sea kayak trip on Saturday 6th January. The good news is that the current early January depression (post Christmas blues) should have moved on by then, providing us with some much fairer weather, suitable for everybody. Please come and join us on the first club outing of the 2024.
This trip will be departing from Mountbatten at 10:00 and all in sea kayaks. If you do not possess such an item, club boats are available – please book with Pete the equipment officer.
It won’t be hot, so wear suitable clothing for the winter and bring your lunch and a hot drink as well as appropriate safety gear.
As every sea wannabe sea kayaker knows, weather forecasts can change and so I will post further on Friday.
