    Saturday 3rd February club paddle

As Mark has already mentioned there will be one club paddle tomorrow. All club members are welcome, unfortunately the conditions will not be suitable for open boats. Short kayaks or sea kayaks.
We will aim to be on the water for 10:30 and out for a couple of hours. Please bring a snack and hot drink as we will land somewhere for a short break.
The weather conditions are looking like being grey skies and a bit of a breeze from the west. Sea state is looking ok and the tide will be on the ebb. We will find somewhere sheltered but there may be a bit of paddling into the breeze at times.
This will be the first club rec paddle since Colin our Club Leader sadly passed away. It will be a chance for paddlers to come together and chat on the water and during the break about the memories they have of Colin.
Please bring along any safety equipment you have VHF radio, tow lines, first aid etc.
Could any paddlers thinking of coming along please reply to this post or the forum post so I have an idea of numbers.

    Terry
