I am leading the Sea Kayak paddle from Mountbatten on Saturday, it being the first Saturday in August. The weather is set fair and the sea calm as you might expect in August. Should you look up into the sky later in the day you may well spot half a moon which means that the tides are little. It might prove tricky to cater for thrill seekers, but the sun should be shining and I’m sure we can have a pleasant day out.

Please bring all your normal kit including lunch, fluids and some sun protection. Helmets mandatory for rock gardening (for which there should be an opportunity in Plan A). Lunch on a beach and a short time for swimming should be possible. Club equipment is available and if you want to book a specific sea kayak please contact Pete at equipment@ppca.org.uk

I look forward to seeing you on Saturday ready to launch at 10:00

    Adam

Great thanks for the post Adam,
I plan to join you for the first time in a very long time (maybe even the first this year …)
    Cheers Kevin H
