Having escaped the worst of Storm Benjamin I think that we should be fine to go paddling on Saturday, and I will be happy to lead you. Sea Kayaks or GP boats welcome. You should all know what kit to bring, lunch and a hot drink advised. As a leader I will have First Aid, Boat Repair, Storm Cag and spare paddles and clothing, which is why I like assistance when moving my kayak on land! Helmets for rocks, obviously.
Please be ready to launch at 10:00. We should still have access to the western slip that I plan to use on Saturday
Club kit is available for members – please let ME know if you want to book a specific kayak.
Likewise please get in touch if you have not taken part in a Saturday recreational paddle before.
I will confirm here on Friday, Adam

I have looked at the weather forecast again and we will plan to paddle. It will be a solid Beaufort Force 4 from the NW and that gives us some options to not find ourselves paddling straight into it! Tides and swell should not be an issue. I look forward to seeing you in the morning. Adam
