I am leading the recreational paddle on Saturday. Sadly conditions will be about 20 degrees cooler than the photo, but we might enjoy a sunny interval. I would recommend wearing more clothes and you will be fine. There will definitely be more tide than in the photo as on springs at present. A bit of wind and swell but we’ll find somewhere suitable to go for all abilities.
Sea kayaks or general purpose boats welcome. Bring lunch and a (hot) drink and your usual gear. Club equipment is available. We plan to launch at 10:00 from Mountbatten.
