Sat Rec Paddle 29th Nov

The Saturday rec paddle will be a regular Mount Batten excursion. On the water ready to paddle fully booted and spurred by 10:00. All welcome, please bring all of your usual safety kit and dress for the cooler weather conditions.

Please post if you are thinking about coming along to give me an idea of numbers.

Thanks to the 22 club paddlers who came out for a cracking sunny paddle. The rock hopping was good fun and a bit of lumbering swell made for some interesting moments. Great to see Jane out being as mad as ever!

Nice to see some new paddlers out again Paul and his son Neil.

I will put a few photos on the forum photo page later.

Thanks for a really enjoyable trip, Terry — good paddling, good workout, good chat, lots of laughs, occasional scrapes — and wonderful live underwater footage of a real-life rescue. Who could ask for more?
