Sat Rec paddle 20th Jul

Hi all. I am down to run this week’s paddle. At present the weather is looking okay, warm but dull and a bit wet. I need to keep an eye on the wind gusts for the paddle to go ahead. At present it will proceed. Please check back here on Friday evening to see if that has been changed. If you are coming, please bring your lunch, any safety equipment you have and have an emergency contact person with their phone number for the sheet. On the water for 10:00, so if using club boats allow enough time to adjust it.
If you want to have a specific boat, please book via the equipment officer.

Heads up folks. Unfortunately it’s not looking good for an enjoyable trip at the moment. I may cancel but will look again tonight so check here please.

With a heavy heart and awful weather tomorrow, I am cancelling this paddle. The wind speed has dropped a little but still gusting in the mid 20’s, with heavy rain. I’m also not feelingv100%. If any Leaders would like to take this one, please feel free. Very sorry folks.
