I am standing in for Terry this Saturday. Hoping the weather will be a little better than now, as it seems to be getting dark at a quarter to four, the wind is blowing the plastic chairs around the deck outside and the rain lashing the windows. I think the weather will actually be OK by Saturday and so please come and join me, but bring your waterproofs and leave the sun cream at home. Usual kit and, of course, lunch and a hot drink. I will post again after looking at the weather tomorrow evening. Be thankful that you don’t live on the Ogasawara Islands, where Typhoon Malou is approaching! Adam

    Hi Adam,

great, that you plan a paddle. I am also happy to join if the weather is not too nasty.

    See you tomorrow, David

OK, looks like we may actually have some sunshine. Also wind dropping. Won’t be warm but this is Britain in late October. I can remember standing on frozen ground to watch fireworks in a week. On the water for 10. Club kit available.

Now, where shall we go? ……..
