I am your catering person for our Roseland adventure 2016.
I will bring-
Tea, Coffee, Drinking Chocolate, Squash
Milk – Dairy and Almond
Sugar
Bread (for breakfasts) wholemeal, white, seeded
Spreads – Flora, Jam, marmalade, Marmite, honey
Fruit
Fruit juice
Cereals- Cornflakes, Porridge, Granola,
Jacket Potatoes for Saturday evening meal
Devon custard for Friday evening mealClive has kindly agreed, in keeping with tradition, to provide an evening meal for everyone on Friday. So, Friday’s meal is Clive’s Soup and Bread.
Dessert will be fruit crumble and custard. Update on person providing to follow!Last year we had a buffet meal with everyone bringing something to the table. It worked very well so I thought we could do this once again. ๐
Please write here something you would like to bring. This will ensure a good assortment of food.Please remember to bring food for you own packed lunches for Saturday and Sunday!
Bring with you any beers, wines spirits etc and snacks for the evening.
Bring your musical instruments to entertain us!!!!!
If you have a group game/jape then that is welcome too!!
If you wish to eat a cooked breakfast you will need to provide your own ingredients.Let me know of any allergy, dietary requirements as soon as possible please. I am happy to shop for ALL dietary needs.
We have
Two vegetarians, Paul and Mark
A vegan, Linda
An allergy/intolerance to pesto
An utter dislike of wasabi!!!Please let me know as there are no shops in St. Just-in-Roseland. The nearest foodhall is in St. Mawes.
The cost of all above food will be divided between the group.
Looking forward to our 11th year at Roseland with you all. ๐

ParticipantThanks for all the catering info Linda ๐ and for doing the organising of our dietary needs. Last year like you said the buffet worked well and there was certainly no shortage of food.
I will bring some organic beef wasabi and pesto burgers ๐ only joking.
As Steve Denton is not coming along I will make a couple of Greek Salads one with feta and one without ๐

InactiveThanks for sorting out such an important part of the Roseland Experience, Linda. I will spend the next few weeks lovingly preparing a Vegan / Vegetarian / non Wasabi / Non Pesto 5 bean salad.
