ParticipantSAVE THE DATE – Calling all sea kayakers
Our annual trip to the beautiful Roseland Peninsula is now open for bookings.
St. Just in Roseland Outdoor Education Centre has been booked for the weekend – Friday 1st – Sunday 3rd July, 2016.
The sea kayaking around the Cornish coast in these parts is stunning and always enjoyable, as is the inimitable company of PPCA members.
If you have never been on a Roseland weekend before do consider coming, it would be lovely to see some new faces along with Roseland regulars.Accommodation is in bunks in dormitories and the cost will be £40 per person plus catering costs.
£10 deposit will secure a place. There will be a limit of 20 places for this weekend (more if anyone wants to come along but not paddle) so please book as soon as possible.
Please pass to Mary McArdle or contact 01752 881166 /marymca@btinternet.com.Looking forward to another fantastic weekend of paddling and great company.

ParticipantMary thanks for organising the Roseland weekend again, this is the 11th year of the club going to that fabulous part of Cornwall for great sea paddling.
I will pass my deposit over to you when I see you next.
As in previous years I will be running the sea kayak trips, but this year we will have the option of splitting the paddling and offering a longer day trip which Clive will be organising. Further details of the trips will be known nearer the time.
For anyone who is new to sea paddling and is thinking about coming along then there is plenty of time to get out on the club sea kayak trips and get used to paddling these great boats. I will be running some Intro to sea kayaking sessions over the next few months for club paddlers.
If you have not been to Roseland before it is a scenic coastline with towering cliffs and hidden coves . Lots of lovely sandy beaches and estuaries to explore. The paddles are full day trips and you will need to have the paddling skills in a variety of sea conditions to enjoy the trips.
If you have any questions about Roseland or the paddling then please ask Mary, Terry or Clive.
Terry 😀
