River trip this Sunday, 30th November.
The river levels are looking good and holding. Rain forecast Saturday into Sunday should only improve conditions. The Sun is booked for Sunday. I expect it to be busy as it is the Gene 17 Weekend but hopefully our early start will avoid any chaos. The standard of Paddlers regularly attending lends itself to the Loop. I appreciate this will be disappointing to anyone still at the Beginner stage.
We will meet at the long-term car park adjacent to the Co-op in the Ridgeway, Plympton. what3words gives friend.rear.empire We will meet in time to swap boats around and be ready to leave at 08:30 please.
Those that live closer to the river we will meet in the lay-by opposite Strawberry Fields café. What3words gives sprains.fades.models Meet there at 08:50.
