Hi all,
Bekky and I are down to run the river trip on Sunday, 4 December. You will be aware that it hasn’t rained so far this week and that there is no rain in the forecast, so we can’t provide the most excellent levels of excitement that you have enjoyed over the last few weeks, however I am mildly optimistic that the level in the Dart will hold up enough for a trip on the Loop. Assuming that to be the case we will meet at Ridgeway Co-op car park in Plympton ready to leave at 08:00.
I will post again on Saturday to confirm (If the level drops too much we will play on the Lower Dart.) and to advise those who would prefer to go directly to the river where and when to meet.
In the meantime, can I ask that you let me know if you are intending to come along, please? Thanks.
Please note that I don’t do facebook etc so post there as much as you like but I wont see it.

Hi all,
Well, the Austins Bridge gauge was showing 0.73 at 16:00 today, which is plenty of water for the Loop, so the Loop it is. Meet ready to leave the car park at Plympton at 08:00 or meet at the lay by adjacent to Holne Weir at 08:30.
I spoke to your Mum who said, “Brrrrr, wrap up warm.” You know that Mum’s are always right so you’d better do as your told.
