River trip, Sunday 28 Jan.

Hi all,

I have the pleasure of running this week’s river trip, Sunday 28 Jan.

With levels as they are and with no rain in the forecast we will almost certainly paddle the Loop, but if today’s levels do hold up, we may be able to do sometime else. (Unlikely though).

I will post again tomorrow evening with a proper plan but I expect to met at Plympton ready to leave at 08:00, or meet in the lay by adjacent to Holne Weir by 08:30.

Please check here tomorrow in case I am able to change the plan.

It will be lovely to see you on Sunday and just as lovely if you let me know that you are going to come along.

Well, it would appear that my optimism about river levels holding up so that we could run the Walkham was hugely misplaced. We will run the Loop tomorrow as outlined above.
