ParticipantHi all,
I’m running the river trip this Sunday, 18 Feb.
You will have noticed that there has been rain this week and no doubt you are equally aware that there isn’t much more rain forecast for the next few days. The Clive Ashford level predictor says the rivers will be lowish. With that in mind we will run the Loop on Sunday.
Usual arrangements, meet at Plympton Co-op car park ready to leave at 09:00, or at Holne lay by at 09:30.
I will post again on Saturday evening to confirm.
Open boats.
Club members who wish to come on this trip in open boats are welcome on the understanding that they have had some previous white water open boat experience and can provide their own equipment. I hold no open boat qualifications and as such can only provide safety cover. Both Ken & Doug are away this weekend so in all probability there will just be the one trip this weekend.

ParticipantThere is a bit of rain forecast but if the timing is right it will be nothing more that annoying.
The trip will go ahead as per my previous. Meet at the Co-op car park ready to leave at 09:00 or at Holne lay by at 09:30.
See you all tomorrow

ParticipantThanks for your company boys and girls.
A river trip with no swimmers, I put it down to the most excellent coaching. You may have other (more accurate) ideas.

AnonymousInactiveClive, my short-term memory is short, and so is my short term memory. Yours too, by the look of it….
