    A further session – by popular demand… 🙂
    The focus is to learn to manage (& cope with) waves to be found in a beach location. This will entail caching & practice in low & high recovery (brace) skills and gaining understanding of waves.

    The sessions are limited to ONLY 5 participants and must be booked in advance on the Forum as each session is announced.
