I’m down to run the recreational paddle on Saturday.

The ‘weather Gods’ seem to like having windy weather at weekends at the moment.

The forecast for Saturday is for the higher end of F4 to gusts of near Gale force.

I will post again on Friday night to say if the paddle will be on.

Hi Joy, How about Exeter Canal? Maybe open boats? Just a thought. 🙂

Exeter canal would have been a good option.

Unfortunately, I have to be at work at 4.30pm in Keyham; so I wouldn’t be able to travel that far. BUT if another coach would like to run the paddle that would be fine by me!.

Other wise, I will decide on Friday whether a paddle on the sound will be running.

The forecast is wet and windy on Saturday.

I am NOT cancelling the Saturday rec paddle tomorrow.

I shall be down at MB at the usual time and will be hopeful for a paddle. It may be a shortened paddle though as the worst wind is due after 2pm.

This paddle will NOT be suitable for the novice or nervous club members.

Joy I think I will pass on paddling yet again.

The latest Met Office forecast I looked at said 25mph gusting 43 mph at midday,
