Hi all,
I have the pleasure of running the rec paddle this Saturday, 23 July.
The forecast is force 3 – 4 SSW so expect lively conditions.
This trip is for any closed cockpit kayak, either sea kayak or small boat. Sorry, no open boats, sit on tops or paddle-boards on this trip. I’m going to take my small boat ‘cause I just love getting a salty face. It sets off my wrinkles just nicely.
Mount Batten are hosting the Big Blue Splash event over the weekend. It’s likely to be busy.
See you on Saturday, ready to be on the water at 10:00. All the usual re safety kit, helmets and lunch.
