Midweek beginners river trip, Tuesday 6 December.

I am running a midweek beginners river trip on Tuesday 6 December. We shall run the Lower Lower Dart, which is the section between Buckfast and Staverton.

Luckily for us this section doesn’t need much water to make it work and by coincidence there will not be much water. Even so levels will be low and rocks will be evident. It is pretty though and we often see kingfishers.

Any experienced paddle who wishes to come along will be most welcome but do expect to be excited.

We will meet at Plympton B & Q ready to leave at 09:00 please.

Open boats.
Club member who wish to come on this trip in open boats are welcome on the understanding that they have had some previous white water open boat experience and can provide their own equipment. I hold no open boat qualifications and as such can only provide safety cover.
