Intro to Sea Kayaking (new sessions)
Sea kayaking seems to be all the rage at the moment and rightly so in my humble opinion ๐
With the popularity of the intro to sea kayaking sessions, and the current sessions coming to an end in a few weeks time. The Committee have agreed that I can run another set of 4 sessions. These will be aimed at those who have wanted to try out sea kayaks but never had the opportunity to do so. The Wednesday evening sessions are aimed at those who have some paddling skills but are novice sea kayakers. The aim is not to teach you how to paddle but to transfer the strokes and skills you already have into a sea kayak. The sessions will cover some theory and a lot of practical aspects of sea kayaking.
The sessions will be held on Wednesday 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th June.
These sessions are ideal if you are thinking of coming on the club Roseland and Scillies trips this year or want to join in the monthly sea kayak paddles but have not yet been out in a sea kayak.

Those that have completed the recent sessions and now have some sea kayak experience may wish to join in with Clives Tues evening sessions and continue their sea kayak journey with learning some new rescue skills. See Clives post for details.

Due to very little interest in running another set of sessions (only 1 person) I am CANCELLING the proposed dates for the sea kayak intro.
