ModeratorI have spoken to Doug and he has agreed that I can run a Beginners Trip in parallel with the above so if there are any beginners who would like to take up this opportunity please leave a message on here. If there is enough water meet as arranged by Doug and we will travel up to our separate destinations from there. We will be doing the Lower Dart so if you live closer to that end please meet in the Cafe area at the Buckfast end at around 0930 hrs but please make sure if you are doing this that you let me know if you will be coming along and do not forget to check on here as to whether the trip is on. Doug will inform us on that. ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

ParticipantThe forecast is showing rain for tomorrow, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will be enough and not run off too quickly.
So far, I think it is still a ‘go’.
Will post again tomorrow early evening.

ParticipantLast posting:
The rain is good!
We are definitely ‘on’ for tomorrow.
DougPS. For those of a more nervous disposition, I am expecting much of today’s rain to have run off before tomorrow’s trip…
