INTERMEDIATE WHITE WATER PADDLE SUNDAY 11th JANUARY 2015

Well looking at the levels of water today we should be OK for Sunday. I am looking to do a different river if possible probably the Walkham but as you know this is level dependant so will have to make a decision nearer to the day so watch this space on Saturday. Looking good so far for the Walkham but there is a bit of rain forecast for tonight for a few hours but should have dropped away by the time we start so will go for it anyway. Looks a nice size group so shouldnt be so long in getting down. Meet as arranged above but if you live nearer Denim Bridge see you there at about 0930hrs. The forecast is also to be a bit cooler so be warned! 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮
Bob we would love to see you there. Would estimate getting to the Magpie Bridge car park by the Walkham by about 1000 ish.

Hi All, See you all in the morning. I ran the Tavy today and the usual route into Denham Bridge is closed. The road where we turn off just after the Dartmoor café is closed halfway through and there are no signs. We can get through via buckland Monachorum and down that way.
