Well after the past couple of weeks without any rain it has suddenly decided to give us a lttle hope that there might be enough water for a trip on one of the rivers this weekend. Suffice to say that at this stage we will plan for a trip in the usual manner and I will update this entry on Friday evening if possible and maybe again on Saturday if necessary. For now accept that we will meet as usual at B & Q car park ready to leave at 0900 hrs. If it is your intention to come along please leave a note on here preferably before 1900 hrs on Saturday evening so that I will have an idea as to how many of you will be along.

I’ll be there tomorrow
Looked a bit high yesterday but the levels have gone down quite drastically in such a short space of time but still good enough for a paddle tomorrow on the Loop. Please meet as arranged hopefully we will be able to sort out lifts etc and If the lads have a choice Justin I think we will probably see you tomorrow. Those of you nearer the River please meet in Holne Layby by 0930hrs and hopefully we will see you there. Beware it might still be a bit chilly in the morning so dress accordingly or at least have something just in case. We will stop for a short break somewhere if you would like to bring a hot drink or soup.
