Last week I wrote a whole blurb on Zoe’s idea of a ‘Descent of Everest’ or something similar Film Night, then pressed submit, and never saw it again. So this is another attempt. I’ll make it brief in case the same thing happens, doh!

My local, ‘The Lord High Admiral’ in Stonehouse, has a curtained off room bit where they show Films and serve a hot/cold buffet for £5 once a month in the Winter.
I asked the Landlord if he would show a ‘Canoe’ film and he was keen, having done a bit of kayaking in his time. I told him we would drink plenty! The food is great value and the TV screen space seats aprox 16 people.

Possible dates are Tuesday 25th or Thursday 27th Feb, and Tues (not the first) and Thurs (not the 3rd) in March & April. Youngsters Welcome.

    Any thoughts? Moragx

Sounds like a good idea. I would pick one date and stick to it otherwise you will have utter confusion, some able to make one date but not another and others vice-versa. Also if you take the £5 in advance it won’t make any difference if people can’t/don’t turn up on the night.
    Thanks,
    Mark
