    EASTER Paddle Saturday 4th April

    I have made the early decision to run the Easter paddle from Mount Batten to let paddlers make arrangements. The weather is set to improve a bit for the coming weekend with the wind and surf dropping some. But there is still likely to be some surf at Wembury which will not be to everyones liking and as this is a relaxing social friendly club paddle it makes sense to go from MB.

    Meet at Mount Batten ready to paddle for 10:00. Fancy dress of an Easter theme please and some savoury or sweet food if you wish to join in and contribute to the communal feast.

    Please post if you are thinking of coming along.

    Thanks to all the paddlers for making it a great Easter paddle. A nice gentle paddle over the Mount Edgcumbe for a feast and social lunch. Followed by the traditional raw egg throwing. I’m not sure what Banjo means by ‘cheat’!
