Dec 18th River Trip

Hi all,

I’m running the trip this Sunday, with Jane Hitchings. There’s not much water around although there may be some by the weekend if we are lucky.

In any case, the easy bits of the Dart are holding well, so I propose a trip on the Lower Lower (with a possible change to the Lower if water and willing attendees permit).

More details on Saturday when we know the state of play. If you are interested in coming along, let me know (FB (prefered) or on the forum or by IM or …).

This might be one of the last beginner friendly trips of the season, so if you’ve been meaning to give it a go, now’s your chance (and if there’s enthusiasm and skill but no gear, let me know that too and we’ll see if something can be sorted since it is nearly xmas 😛)

Seems like there’s no one wanting to scrape along in the cold tomorrow and since there is a birthday involved, I’m going to cancel the trip now so people can make their other plans 🙂

See you all in the new year when there will hopefully be more water!
