Committee changes

At the meeting of your Committee last night we had to discuss a couple of changes to committee positions as follows :-
1.Rita ( currently Intro Coordinator ) is going to move sideways into the vacant Youth Coordinator role.
2.The Committee formally accepted Lisa’s intention to step down as Membership Secretary as soon as a replacement can be found. We discussed the option of one of the current members moving sideways into this role but it was considered that this would just leave another gap elsewhere.

Whereas the Intro Coordinator role can be covered by other Committee members in the short run, the club cannot operate without a Membership Secretary.
As Chair I am therefore asking every member to consider giving something back to the club by stepping up into this role. If you would like to know a bit more about what this role entails then please have a word with either Adam or myself.
