On behalf of Pete and myself this is to inform you that we will be running a Beginners paddle next Sunday. Please meet at the Plympton Car park at 0845 hrs ready to leave at 0900 hrs. We will hopefully be paddling the lower Dart from Holne Weir to Buckfast Bridge so if you live nearer the venue please meet us in the layby near to Buckfast Weir or the Salmon’s Leap Café across the road if it is open (Hopefully it will be soon) at 0930 hrs. We will be checking the river levels on Saturday evening and will confirm these details at about 1800 hrs.
In view of all the Covid problems please bring a Face Mask along as you will have to wear one during any of the vehicle movements. NO MASK NO PADDLE In addition we will also have to split into groups of 6 to comply with the rules which we will do from the Plympton Car Park. If you were in a bubble car share group last week and you can maintain this again this week please do so.
Lastly if it is your intention to come along please leave a note on here or phone me on 07790293952 preferably before 1800 hrs on Saturday. We need to have an idea on numbers. If you need any equipment please contact Pete preferably before Saturday.
In the meantime enjoy the rest of the week stay safe and hopefully see you all on Sunday morning

I’m working but Louis would like to go.
He is not a member at the moment but is going to join again in a week or two when he gets paid.
