Hi all
We are going to try and run both a beginners river trip and an intermediate river trip this Sunday, 18 December. I am going to run the beginners trip and Ken will take on the intermediate trip. All weather dependent of course. Will post an update on Saturday but in the meantime usual arrangements will apply, i.e. meet at Plympton B&Q ready to leave at 09:00.
Open boats.
Club member who wish to come on the beginners trip in open boats are welcome on the understanding that they have had some previous white water open boat experience and can provide their own equipment. I hold no open boat qualifications and as such can only provide safety cover.Clive A.

E-mail cliveandjoy01@gmail.comWell boys and girls. There are rocks growing on rocks, rocks where water should be and even the cacti and tumbleweed have forsaken Devon for somewhere with a bit more moisture. I’m writing a letter to Santa asking for some rain for Christmas.
From the above you may surmise that I am cancelling the trips tomorrow, but if you do need things spelt out in simple terms:
The river trips scheduled for Sunday 18 December are cancelled due to lack of water.
